  How do the Rites work?

Medical research in America has reported that the 5 Rites activate & balance the 7 CHAKRAS which are located where the endocrine glands are, thus regulating the hormonal output which governs all of body’s organs and functions.

In a healthy & young body each of these CHAKRAS or vortexes, rotates at a great speed permitting vital energy or PRANA to flow freely. But if any of these vortexes slows down due to unhealthy lifestyle, then prana is blocked inviting ill health and ageing.

The quickest way to regain youth, and optimal health & vitality, is to start these vortexes spinning normally again & the 5 Rites will do just that.

Doctors explain that the improved circulation produced by the 5 Rites aid the body to wash away toxins, & impurities that are stored in fatty tissues, organs & joints.

Dr. Christopher Kilham, who is a writer, lecturer & teacher of yoga & nature health for 20 years in USA says “The 5 Rites greatly increase strength, energy and mental alertness. They open up body and mind energy systems & balance energy in a way that I have not experienced with any other yoga method.”
